Colorado Springs muralist and speed painter Douglas Rouse (ROUSE 66) will be creating his largest Speed Painting ever during the Olympic Downtown Celebration on Tejon St. Come join him at 6:45pm in front of the Uncle Wilbur Fountain (immediately following the Short & Sweet Downtown Dash).
